Herbert is a small lake only minutes away from famous Lake Louise. The lake is a Photographers dream location and known for it's calm waters and crystal clear reflections. The shoreline is less than a 2 minute walk from the parking lot and there are plenty of postcard photos right from the roadside of the Ice field Parkway to Jasper. To escape the sometimes relentless crowds of the larger lakes in the Banff region this location always produces perfect scenic backdrops.
